TDL SLAs for Travel Testing

TDL requires all Providers for Fit to Fly (FTF), Day 5 Test to Release (D5 TTR), Day 2 / Day 8 Testing for International Arrivals,  Day 2 Testing for International Arrivals Covid-19  Genome Sequencing to complete and return a specific TDL COVID SLA for each option.

These four SLAs set out the requirements, responsibilities and obligations for Providers of these testing services.

On receipt of returned SLAs we will supply you with further information to support your self-declaration to the DHSC as Provider of Day 5 Test to Release with TDL. Please note that we cannot legally accept samples from you for this service until the DHSC approval process is complete.
