Samples to be taken Monday-Friday before 2pm. Test has only 4 hours stability post-collection.

Send sample without delay directly to: Haemostasis Department, 60 Whitfield Street, London W1T 4EU.

Perform the 2C19 genetics test first and seek advice prior to requesting this functional assay.

Do not test if stroke event is within 14 days or if concurrently taking PPI (proton pump inhibitors).
