Dr Maadh Aldouri has been Consultant Haematologist at Medway and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts since 1999, and Clinical Director for Cancer, Diagnostics and Support Services at Medway for several years.

Between 2001 and 2018, Dr Aldhouri  was Chairman of Kent and Medway Haematology Speciality Group. He was clinical lead for several projects related to Haematology and Pathology, such as implementing electronic ordering in diagnostics, reconfiguration of pathology services in North and West Kent Hospitals, implementation of Pathology STP in Kent, and chemotherapy electronic prescribing. He has also been the Clinical Director of International Department at the Royal College of Pathologists (2015-2020), and has have been working as a TDL consultant in the South London hub since 2011.
