The main duties for this position are to provide high quality account management for specific clients of The Doctors Laboratory and to focus on specific client’s account as identified by TDL and the Sales and Service team for account and service management.

 

The successful candidate will provide specific clients with a personal service, answer queries via phone and email which will include booking/monitoring couriers, results and test information, account and finance issues, chasing STAT results and specific tests to ensure turn-around-times are being met, resolving problems in an efficient and friendly manner. You will also be expected to provide support to the Sales and Service team including taking calls and answering email queries when needed.
